This year I am supporting the Christian Aid march for justice. Christian Aid are
holding a number of sponsored walks across the country walking in solidarity with
over 100,000 poor and marginalised people in India, who are marching and holding
peaceful protests in 25 states across India over the coming year to claim land rights
they have been promised by the Indian government. Money raised from these sponsored
walks will go to the work of Christian Aid's partner Ekta Parishad, who are organising
the marches in India, and to human rights projects in South Asia.

Along with other church leaders I walked 12 miles across London and I am now looking for sponsors from individuals and churches around the district. I would be grateful for your support. If your circuit or one of your churches is willing to sponsor me I would be grateful if you could send a cheque made payable to "The Methodist Church, South East District" to the district office by 29th February 2012.
I've included a picture as evidence that I was given a certificate!
With best wishes for the New Year.
